FYI....timely advice and information from the NWS regarding preparations for the Winter Storm expected to affect all parts of the ARRL NNJ Section in the next 48 hours.
All NNJ ARES Members and others associated with Amateur Radio EmComm support should monitor this still developing situation and take the time now to prepare for use of backup power supply items as well as other important items as noted below.
Please check with your local ARES Leadership if you have any questions, etc. in regard to this or any amateur radio EmComm situation or event. Contact information is available here for the NNJ Section ARES Leadership: www.hudson.arrl.org/nnj/ares
ARRL NNJ ARES Leadership is actively monitoring this developing and possibly changing situation, and has been keeping ARRL HQ as well as our served and partner agencies updated on our response status. Should Sectionwide Alert Status be changed from its current level of Normal/Stand-down, we will use this email system to advise all of such.
