In deep moaning the Rhein-Ruhr-DX-Association has to announce that Will, AA4NC became SK. Will died in an aircraft accident in North Carolina, U.S.. He was a private pilot and had his own airplane, his other hobby besides ham-radio and music.
Two people were killed and two others were transported to the hospital after a Mooney M20J small plane crashed Thursday afternoon. William Roberts, the pilot and owner of the plane, died.
Will was in Germany for WRTC 2018, he was well known for his DX- and contest activity in addition to his music, not only during ham-fests.
