Im ARRL scheint Self Spotting erlaubt zu sein:

If you choose to self-spot in ARRL DX SSB this weekend, please include the text QRV in the comment field of the self-spot. This will enable the self-spot to be seen by participants using AR Cluster Node DX Cluster filter designs that contain a “comment=*QRV*” test. Please contact me for more information and please help spread the word.
