Hallo Contestfreunde !
Alle Jahre wieder ... findet der DARC-Weihnachtscontest statt.

Am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag MONTAG, 26. Dezember 2022 läuft von 8:30-10:59 UTC
der DARC-Weihnachtscontest (XMAS). 

Der Weihnachtscontest ist ein Sprint-Contest in CW, SSB oder Mixed auf 40m
und 80m. Das bedeutet, dass nach jedem QSO die CQ-rufende Station QSY machen
muss und der anrufenden Station die Frequenz zu überlassen hat. Jede Station
darf einmal auf 40m und einmal auf 80m gearbeitet werden. Hierbei sind
maximal 20 Wechsel der Betriebsart oder des Bandes während der gesamten
Contestzeit zugelassen. 

Der Weihnachtscontest ist zum Jahresende auch der letzte Wertungscontest für
die DARC-Clubmeisterschaft 2022. Es gilt also noch einmal einen Endspurt
einzulegen und die letzten Punkte für die OV-Wertung zu sammeln.  Dazu aus
aktuellem Anlass nochmal der Hinweis: eingereichte Logs unter Benutzung
eines Sonder-DOK, zählen in der Clubmeisterschaft NICHT für die eigene
OV-Wertung. Einzige Ausnahme gilt hierbei für die CM-Sonder-DOK
(CM-Sonder-DOK sind z.B. CM21, CM20 etc.).

Dear Contester,

The Deutscher Amateur-Radio-Club (DARC) has the honor to invite all radio
amateurs to participate in the annual XMAS Sprint-Contest.
The next edition of this well-known sprint contest will be running on
December 26, 08:30-10:59 UTC.

As an international participant you have to work German stations for points
and DARC districts ("DOK") for multipliers. You have to send RS(T) and a
serial number starting with 001. 

Each station may be worked one time on 3.5 MHz and one time on 7 MHz.
The station calling CQ must QSY after the QSO, leaving the frequency to the
station which answered his/her call.
A maximum of 20 band changes or mode changes are allowed during the contest
period.

German stations may work everybody. Members of DARC and VFDB send RS(T) and
their DOK. Non-members of DARC and VFDB in Germany will send "NM" instead of
a DOK.
