Can you help me recommend as QSL Manager? Maybe you have a friend who 
needs a QSL manager for his station, contest call , radio club or 
preparing an expedition. Please spread my offer ans services in 
webs,forums,friends,etc....
I offer  to pay all costs of printing and delivery QSL direct and the 
bureau,envelopes, labels, etc
