FYI, I am forwarding from Rick & Sea-reach
Vy 73 Uwe, DL8OBF
Recently I was contacted by a group from Luxembourg, looking to set up a receiving station near Frankfurt.
They are looking to rent space and pay a fair price for this.
(see below)
I don't know if anyone in BCC has the interest and ability to do this but perhaps this is a good opportunity for someone.
Perhaps someone from BCC will pass this on to the RR reflector.
Thanks
I am not associated with this group and do not need to be copied on any correspondence with them.
Please contact them directly if interested.

Subject: Re: HF receiving site
Hi Rick,
We are looking to setup a receive only HF station in the 50kms radius from Frankfurt to complement our maritime transmitting station at BCE Luxembourg (Junglinster)/
We are looking for:
• An existing antenna, must be directive (can be wire dipole, yagi would be better).
• The house must be close to optical fiber infrastructure- we will pay for the communication setup separately.
• Our Rx needs are mainly in the 14-18 mhz spectrum so this band needs to be relatively quiet in the area.
• Our receiver is based on a small server and a small radio.
For this service we are willing to pay 1200 euro per month.
Thanks for the huge help!
Eran
