ich bekomme ungefragt solche Angebote.  Vielleicht ist es wirklich für den einen
oder anderen eine interessante Sache. Mich stört nur das da pro Minute der
Euro / Dollar Zähler läuft. Ausprobieren würde ich sowas schon mal just for fun.
So kann man das hinfliegen sparen und trotzdem von dort aus funken. Ist aber
nicht wirklich das gleiche..

                                RemoteHamRadio is pleased to announce to a private select number of people our new revolutionary technology. We call this new technology WebDX and we have also created a completely new service around it. The service will be "invite only" and we only have a set number of available seats as we are just getting started. Over time we will add more sites and invite more operators to experience this wonderful new technology. 

                                What makes WebDX different from other remote services? The EXPERIENCE. When you connect to a site its yours and yours only. No one can touch your control or even see you operate. The RHR console is completely private and anonymous. We have a wonderful "opt in" feature for a chat window if you choose to chat with other operators who also choose to opt in. 

                                What are some of the highlights of WebDX?

                                1. No Software to download.

                                Our technology is "web based" meaning everything is done in the browser. This makes the operators experience trouble free with no worrying about operating system or keeping software up to date. 

                                2. No Hardware Required.

                                The need for a K3 or other "remote head" is no longer a requirement. Today with WebDX a Google Chrome web browser installed on your computer and you will be operating both SSB and CW ALL within the browser!

                                3. Very affordable.

                                The WebDX service only requires a one time setup fee of $99 and you simply "Pay As You Go" per minute on the sites. Billing is monthly and you receive nightly usage reports and also a link to your usage webpage which gives you up to 15 minute usage statistics. There is no yearly membership fee. Per minute rates vary between $0.15/min(small stations) to $0.99/min (large stations). Currently we have two active stations on the WebDX network. W2/QuakerHill $0.49/min and W2/Windham $0.42/min. Our third site W2/SprainBrook will be $0.15/min which should be coming onto the network very soon. You can stay logged into the console or chat unlimited at NO charge. The system only charges when a radio is powered on.

                                4. Portable.

                                Since a Chrome web browser is the only requirement you can operate from anywhere with a decent internet connection. Condo's, apartments, HOA's, the beach, vacation, business travel there is no end.

                                5. You can be on the air today!

                                **Initially, we are only accepting the first 25 subscribers who reply to this newsletter. Any inquiries after the first 25 subscribers, will be placed on a waiting list. We are actively building more stations for the WebDX service. As we bring these stations to the network, we will contact you to get you on the air. You must have a valid FCC General, Advance, Extra class license.

                                New Web Site Launched!

                                Along with the release of our new WebDX technology, RHR also released an updated website and changes to the service. Some of the highlights are the following.

                                a.. The RHR service is now privatized and anonymous. 
                                b.. PremiumDX service will also have WebDX technology. 
                                c.. WebDX sites will also allow for K3/0 access. 
                                d.. RHR now provides an economic solution for most budgets.  

                                RHR will be at the Visalia Convention!

                                The RHR Team will be arriving at Visalia on Thursday and we have a booth secured for the show. Be sure to come by and say hello and check out the new WebDX technology. We will have a number of computers available to get on and play radio!
