Hallo Contester,

der Contest der Rekorde liegt hinter uns !
Congrats an alle, die es geschafft haben, einen neuen Rekord aufzustellen.
Wir waren hoch motiviert und liegen auch knapp über unserem Claimed Score
von 2011, aber DR5N hatte am Ende wohl die besseren Ohren und damit die
entscheidenen
Multis mehr im Log - speziell auf 160m und 80m.
Congrats nach Gelsenkirchen und Danke für das spannende Rennen auf
cqcontest.ru. Es ging hin und her und bis Sonntag früh sah es gar nicht
schlecht für uns aus.
Aber dann gingen die Highbands bei uns deutlich früher zu als am Samstag
und wir konnten nicht mehr aufholen....

Dies war unser letzter CQWW vom aktuellen Standort in Germering bei
München. Der Standort steht ab Mitte nächsten Jahres nicht mehr zur
Verfügung und DJ6ZM plant mit dem Abbau der Antennen
im Frühjahr 2014 zu beginnen. Die Zukunft von DL1A ist momentan unklar. Wir
sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen QTH im Großraum München (+/- 75 km).
Wenn auf dem Reflektor jemand hierzu eine Idee hat, bitte bei mir oder
direkt bei DJ6ZM melden. Vielleicht gibt es ja (auch ausserhalb der
Contester) einen OM, der über ein brauchbares Grundstück verfügt um
das Equipment der Contest- und Remotestation DL1A zu beherbergen.

Hello Contester,

the contest of records is over !
Congrats to everybody who set a new record !
We were highly motivated and ended up slightly above our claimed score from
2011. But at DR5N they seemed to have better ears and managed to work the
essential few more multipliers - especially on 160m and 80m.
Congrats to the team in Gelsenkirchen and thanks for the exciting race at "
cqcontest.ru". The lead was changing back and force and until sunday
morning it looked not too bad for us.
But then the highbands closed earlier compared to saturday and we could not
catch up any more.

This was our last CQWW from the current location in Germering near Munich.
The QTH is not available any more from middle of next year. DJ6ZM the
station owner plans to start dismantling antennas and towers in spring 2014.
The future of DL1A is unknown at this moment. We are looking for a new QTH
in the Munich area (+/- 75 km).
If somebody who reads this reflector has an idea, please contact me or
DJ6ZM directly. Maybe there is an OM (even outside the contest scene) who
has a reasonably sized property to accomodate the equipment of the DL1A
Contest and Remote-Station.
