Comments:
I am still amazed about our score.
10 years ago as a 22-years old student I started to put the first antenna at the QTH of a good friend in the north of Luxembourg. Within these 10 years I put up many more antennas and towers(nearly all homemade).LX7I is not a club station but my private contest station and I really like to invite friends to operate from the station and enjoy together with them our great hobby.
After the last CQWW I had a long \"to do\"-list with a lot of work and investments. The goal was to make the setup more flexible and easier to use, especially for new operators who come for the first time. Not everything is yet finished and some more improvements are planned for next year but we were able to test a complete new station with a lot of automation and new technologies.
The team of operators did a great job and many of them operated for the first time from my station.
I can still not believe that we were able to break the all-time EU-record by nearly 3 million points and I am looking forward to the results of the other M/2 stations.
thanks for all the callers and look for you in the next contest!
for the team
