Dear Contester!

 

Here are the final results of the WAEDC RTTY Contest 2012:

For this contest we used a database containing 348349 QSOs and 224172 QTCs
created by 1194 different entrants. A total of 7586 callsigns is estimated
to have been on the air. 268949 of all contacts could be crosschecked
directly log to log. 73735 of the contacts could be verified indirectly by
tracking active callsigns in the database that have not submitted a log. The
remaining 5665 contacts represent 'uniques' or 'rare calls' but are left in
the database. Thus, one can say, that 98,4% of all contacts could be
verified, leaving only a very small amount of doubtful QSOs. Marco (DJ4MH)
and Michael (DL6MHW) checked the logs with help of Peter (DL2YCA). Special
thanks to Michael (DL6MHW) for the new webcheck software and Julian (DL6OCK)
