[RRDXA] 2013 CW Open Contest - August 31

The CW Open Contest is 31 AUG 2013 and I wanted to send you a note to 
see if RRDXA might be interested in fielding a team or two. The CW Open 
has a strong format and is quite competitive. Excellent QSO rates are 
possible as this is a serious contest. Multipliers consist of unique 
callsigns (not QTH) to enhance worldwide fairness in scoring. Many EU, 
Asia and JA are expected in addition to many from NA. Your help in 
building RRDXA participation and teamwork is much appreciated! Please
