[RRDXA] Regeländerungen im IOTA Contest 2012

Ich habe bei Don mal nach dem Grund gefragt, warum es keine M/S Klasse mehr 
gibt.
Hier seine Antwort:.        
        The problem with the World M/S was the the stations just called CQ  
and made lots of contacts with other World (not island) stations - they  
left island chasing to their mult station. We felt this was not what the  
IOTA contest was about, and especially when the bands are poor with,  for 
example, just 20m open, we want as much space available on the band  as 
possible for island stations. There are plenty of other contests with  
opportunities for M/S, of course.        
        You may not agree, but that is the reason.
