[RRDXA] Most Active Operator Database is up and running

Folks,
I have successfully migrated our log database to our new server and 
re-enabled the upload feature for new logs to our database. I performed 
some first checks and tests after the migration. However, if you 
encounter any problem with your log or upload please let me know and I 
will do some research to solve potential remaining issues.

The next step will be the migration of our score database and I will 
keep you updated of the start and progress of that task.
