[RRDXA] ZL8X - 2010 NEWS vom 12.11.2010 DXPedition zu den pazifischen Kermadec Insel Raoul Island

Hallo zusammen,

noch 6 Tage bis zum ersten Sendesignal von ZL8X. Gerade kam von ZL8X
Team Mitglied Christian, DL1MGB die letzte Info herein.

Heute Abend geht der Flieger ab München über A61 nach VK und weiter nach ZL
und dann mit dem Boot weiter ab Montag Abend. Wenn es die Wetterbedingungen
zulassen, wird das Team am Donnerstag auf Raoul Island eintreffen. Es wird 
sie
dort der Frühling mit ca. 20 Grad erwarten. Eine schöne Temperatur zum
Aufbau von sooooo vielen Antennen.

News 12.11.2010

General
The main team is about to leave Germany. Our flight will go at 2140 MEZ
from Munich airport via Dubai and Sydney to Auckland. We will arrive on
Sunday November 14th. Our expected departure from Tauranga harbour
will be around Monday evening. If weather permits we will be at Raoul Island
on Thursday morning. Now used to the European autumn the whole team
will be expected in New Zealand by warm spring weather with temperatures
well above 20 °C. Weather forecast predicts similar weather on Raoul Island.
Our advance party (DJ5IW, DK1II, DL8OH and SP5XVY) are already working
hard to get the last details cleared and stuff organized. Our equipment we 
sent
by sea freight will be loaded on Saturday and Sunday. But before loading a
very careful inspection through DOC officials has to be carried out to 
ensure
that no organic material (seeds, soil,...) or animals will be taken with us.
As Raoul Island is a very sensitive region we do everything to keep the
impact on this unique nature reserve as minimal as possible.

QSL
We are very happy that Mario (DJ2MX) is again our QSL manager!
His reliable and accurate work is already well known and will also help us
this time. To help us you may use our Online QSL Request System (OQRS)
which will be activated AFTER our radio operations. If it is possible please
use our service to minimize the workload for us! If for any reason you are 
not
able to use our OQRS you may also send your card normally by post
(address via QRZ.COM) or via the bureau.

DX Code of Conduct  (English)

I will listen, and listen, and then listen again before calling.
I will only call if I can copy the DX station properly.
I will not trust the cluster and will be sure of the DX station's call sign 
before calling.
I will not interfere with the DX station nor anyone calling and will never 
tune up on the DX frequency or in the QSX slot.
I will wait for the DX station to end a contact before I call.
I will always send my full call sign.
I will call and then listen for a reasonable interval. I will not call 
continuously.
I will not transmit when the DX operator calls another call sign, not mine.
I will not transmit when the DX operator queries a call sign not like mine.
I will not transmit when the DX station calls other geographic areas than 
mine.
When the DX operator calls me, I will not repeat my call sign unless I think 
he has copied it incorrectly.
I will be thankful if and when I do make a contact.
I will respect my fellow hams and conduct myself so as to earn their 
respect.

DX Verhaltenskodex (Deutsch)

Ich werde hören, hören und nochmals hören.
Ich werde nur anrufen, wenn ich die DX - Station hören kann und Ihr 
Rufzeichen selbst gehört habe.
Ich vertraue nicht blind den Meldungen eines DX - Clusters und versichere 
mich über das Call der DX-Station vor dem Aufruf.
Ich störe weder die DX-Station noch die Anrufer und stimme auf der DX QRG 
oder im QSX Bereich nicht ab.
Ich warte, bis die DX Station Ihren Kontakt beendet hat, bevor ich rufe.
Ich sende immer mein volles Rufzeichen.
Ich rufe an und höre dann für einen angemessenen Zeitraum. Ich rufe nicht 
mehrfach.
Ich sende nicht, wenn der DX-Operator ein anderes als mein eigenes 
Rufzeichen ruft.
Ich sende nicht, wenn der DX-Operator Teile eines Calls aufruft, die nicht 
in meinem eigenen Call vorkommen.
Ich sende nicht, wenn die DX-Station andere Gebiete anruft, als das in dem 
ich mich befinde.
Wenn der DX-Operator mich ruft, wiederhole ich mein Rufzeichen nicht, es sei 
denn, ich glaube, er hat es falsch aufgenommen.
Ich freue mich über und bin dankbar für jeden gelungenen Kontakt.
Ich achte meine Amateurfunkfreunde und verhalte mich so, dass ich ihre 
Achtung verdiene.

LLAMAR.
SÓLO LLAMARÉ SI PUEDO ESCUCHAR A LA ESTACIÓN DE DX ADECUADAMENTE.
NO CONFIARÉ EN LOS "CLUSTERS". ESTARÉ SIEMPRE SEGURO DE CUAL ES LA ESTACIÓN 
DE DX ANTES DE LLAMARLA.
NO LE HARÉ INTERFERENCIAS A LA ESTACIÓN DE DX O A CUALQUIER OTRA ESTACIÓN 
QUE LA ESTÉ LLAMANDO Y NUNCA AJUSTARÉ MI EQUIPO EN LA FRECUENCIA DE LA 
ESTACIÓN DE DX O EN LAS FRECUENCIAS QUE ELLA ESTÉ ESCUCHANDO.
SIEMPRE ESPERARÉ A QUE LA ESTACIÓN DE DX TERMINE SU CONTACTO ANTES DE 
LLAMARLA.
SIEMPRE LLAMARÉ CON MI CARACTERÍSTICA COMPLETA.
LLAMARÉ Y LUEGO ESCUCHARÉ POR UN INTERVALO DE TIEMPO RAZONABLE. NUNCA 
LLAMARÉ CONTINUAMENTE SIN ESCUCHAR.
NO LLAMARÉ CUANDO LA ESTACIÓN DE DX LLAMA A OTRA ESTACIÓN QUE NO ES LA MÍA.

stazione DX prima di iniziare a chiamare.
Io non interferirò nè con la stazione dx nè con chi la stia collegando
e non accorderò sulla sua frequenza o sulla/e frequenza/e di QSX.
Io aspetterò che la stazione DX abbia finito il QSO prima di chiamarla.
Io chiamerò sempre usando il mio nominativo completo.
Io, dopo aver chiamato, ascolterò per un congruo intervallo di tempo. Non 
chiamerò di continuo.
Io non trasmetterò quando l'operatore DX risponderà ad un'altra stazione.
Io non trasmetterò quando l'operatore DX cercherà di rispondere ad una 
stazione con un nominativo diverso dal mio.
Io non trasmetterò quando la stazione DX chiamerà un'area geografica diversa 
dalla mia.
Quando l'operatore DX mi avrà risposto, io non ripeterò il mio nominativo se 
sarò già sicuro che egli l'abbia correttamente ricevuto.
Io sarò grato per il collegamento effettuato.
Io rispetterò i miei colleghi radioamatori ed agirò in modo da guadagnare il 
loro rispetto.
