[RRDXA] Activity Announcements

hello,

in my opinion it's entirely sufficient to publish activity and score
announcements on the webpage. if really necessary, maybe in case of
searching operators aso., the sender should not spare the "effort" to
send a "hand-typed" email to the reflector.
personally i do not like and do not execute any mail-client rules at all.
to announce any and every activity and score on the webpage AND on the
reflector.... sorry, but where is the beef???
btw. i suppose, that numerous guys rather would visit the webpage if no
announcements were sent, just to satisfy curiosity. i'll bet you!
