[RRDXA] Activity Announcements

Hi Stefan,
I would agree to all your comments and ideas. The activity database was
not only planned for announcements but also as a dashboard when people
look for additional operators and/or stations. I could imagine to do this

Of course, this would only apply to the mailing list. As before, all
activities will be listed on the web-site so that everyone can see who
will be active.
However, lets hear what the other mail-list readers say about this. I
personally have implemented a rule in my Thunderbird E-Mail client so
that all these announcements go into a specific subfolder.
