   Hi, Walter!
   In DL5YL and DF1LON logs there were no mention about
their membership in RRDXA.
   F6IFY wrote that hi is a member of "LES NOUVELES DX".
   YR7M wrote that they (Clubstation) are members of
"WORLD WIDE YOUNG CONTESTERS".
   At last, CT3EE and OH4A (so as YR7M) are located too
far from RRDXA HQ centre. See the Rules:

     4.2 CLUB COMPETITION - between contest clubs and groups,
     separately for Russian and foreign entrants.
     4.2.1 CLUB consists of stations within 500 km diameter
     circle, with HQ station in the center. Exception: Russian
     DX Contest expeditions to other countries or oblasts.
