I use N1MMLogger with the MMTTY engine (and a Microham MK2R+ for SO2R in 
CW/SSB).
One USB port and the MK2R's built in soundcards is all I need. Works fine, 
you can also use the PC's soundcard so you don't need an external RTTY 
interface.

I am not heavy into RTTY so I'm not an expert. But this setup works.
