Comments:
Although some team members needed to jump off the team during the planning phase due to their business, we decided to stay in the M/M category to maximize fun and points for the club competition. We could only bring 3 stations on air but as always in CQWW-CW, we had A LOT OF FUN. This is definetly THE contest event of the year.
And yes, Murphy also tried to become part of the team several times but every time we found a way to minimize his impact. Broken rotators, mismatched antennas and interference are things that are typically part of the game ...as all of you know.
Thanks to Edu, EA8AUW and Paco, EA8AAG who supported our team in an unbeleavable manner. They invited us to use their clubstation facilities at EA8URL and supported us
a whole week, 24 hours a day. This is what makes ham radio and contesting such a phantastic hobby, getting in touch with the friendliest people all over the world.
Condx were even worse than last year. Especially on 160m meter we lost the game and overall we failed to reach our own target. Nevertheless, it was great fun and we would
like to thank all who called us for a QSO. Congratulations to all the nice M/x teams who contributed thouthands and thouthands of QSOs and did nice scores.
