Hi Mark.

All this information came from some mailing reflectors and HAM Forums.
All stations from Montenegro will change prefix, for example, Ranko, 
YT6A, will take callsign 4O3A.
Also, Serbia will use blocks YU1-YU0 (including YU6) and YT1-YT0 
(including YT6).
As far as I know, ITU will take back blocks YZ and 4N.

When I find some new information, I'll send it here to RRDXA reflector.
