[RRDXA] Stand auf dem Flohmarkt Dortmund / Booth on Dortmund ham fair

Hallo RRDXAer

In diesem Jahr hat die RRDXA erstmalig einen Stand auf dem Dortmunder Flohmarkt.

Er findet am Samstag, den 4. Dezember 2004 in der Westfalenhalle 6 statt. Unser Stand wird in der Nähe des Imbiss sein, wo
auch die anderen Verbände und Interessengruppen anzutreffen sind.

Ich suche Freiwillige, die für etwa 1-2h am Stand sein können und dem Publikum unsere Aktivitäten
erläutern und näherbringen.
Ziel hierbei soll sein, Newcomer für Aktivitäten im Bereich Contest und DX zu gewinnen. 
Desweiteren dient der Stand natürlich auch als Anlaufstelle für alle RRDXA Mitglieder und Freunde. 

Aufbau ist ab etwa 7:30 Uhr geplant. Die Messe öffnet um 9 Uhr für das Publikum.

Ich habe noch 3 Ausstellerkarten übrig, die ich denjenigen zur Verfügung stelle, die beim Aufbau behilflich sind.

Hi RRDXA members,

this year the RRDXA will have a booth at the Dortmund ham radio fleamarket (for the first time ever).

The market is scheduled for December 4th 2004. Our booth will be close to the buffet area where all the other organisations and clubs can be found.

I am looking for volunteers who can be present at our booth for maybe 1-2 hours and inform the audience about the RRDXA activities. 
Main target is to attract newcomers for our DX and Contesting activities.
But of course the booth will also be the primary meeting point for all RRDXA members and friends.

Assembly of the booth is planned for 7:30 AM. The fair will be opened to the audience at 9 AM.

I have 3 tickets to give away to those who will help me setting up the booth
