[RRDXA] CQ WW DX SSB post Contest Log Check

Guys,

All 38 logs that have been sent to me in Cabrillo are treated and the
reports are forwarded to every participant personally.
Thanks to you, I was able to collect 108.000 QSO's in a central database.

Let's hope we will have less penalties due to "stupid" avoidable errors in
the logs to inprove our RRDXA global score.
