Hi Jim. I have a rover but cannot drive it all the way to Austin and back, but I can consider a poster presentation.
I have done a slide presentation of it at a VHF meeting in the northeast about 5 yrs ago. I call it the "Modular Rover" as I configure it differently for VHF contesting, Field Day, and EME. I cover bands from 3.5MHz through 24GHz + LASER.
I am also presenting "VHF Roving, Past, Present and Future" at the ARRL National Convention in July in Hartford. Let me know if a poster presentation would be useful or a paper and pictures for the proceedings. I may have had an article in last years proceedings of the CSVHF. I was hoping to get a copy of the book or disc for my contribution but somehow that request was never fulfilled.
