[Rover] [VHF] Storage of Gear Question

Here is a "GO KIT" that one of a fellow club member has assembled. The box
was purchased from Home Depot several years ago from what I have been told.
There are 3 photos attached if any one has any other quesitons please feel
free to contact me and I can try to answer your questions.
