Mark,
IMHO you couldn't be more right that one of the greatest roving challenges
is to appropriately manage sites.
We have spent a lot of time and gas driving around to just check out site.
Most common problem is to get to a site and find that there is no open
visibility due to trees.
We have also found access roads chained and locked, and roads impassible.
Since you refer to my web site page for roving sites, I decided to update it
(I really need to update all my pages as soon as I get a chance.)
