[Rover] No Single Op Impact

Before everyone gets in a tizzy...single operators may still operate as they always have I can find no changes in the rules that impact their operations.
If you wish to use the HamIM strategy (ARRL Contest Desk approved, btw), which uses APRS on simplex, go right ahead. If that's all you care about, stop reading. :)
The only "gotcha" is when it comes to *Rovers*: they need to decide if they'd rather operate on APRS (144.39 MHz FM, AX.25) to find other Rovers (100 QSO Limit per Rover, remember) and let Multi-ops know where they are (Multi-ops can use non-Amateur means of communication)...
... or operate on HamIM (on 147.585 MHz FM, AX.25) to locate (and actually QSO with) single op stations who may be using the strategy.
... or find some way to switch between the two frequencies and strategies.
