[Rover] Please make your CSVHFS Hotel reservations

Hello Rovers:

This email is not trying to get you to come to the conference :-) --
although I hope you are.  And please bring your Rover for the Rover
Row (show-and-tell).

Rather, the purpose of this email is to STRONGLY encourage you to
make your Hotel Room reservations by July 5th if you intend to come
to the event.

Our attractive rate is $85/night + tax.  If you don't lock in your
rate by July 5th, the room rate jumps to $139!!!! And with our
proximity to Mall of America, they will fill them.

Most attendees will book rooms for Thurs 27th, Friday 28th, and Sat
29th with checkout on the 30th. However, our great rate applies to
any nights you book from July 23rd through Aug 3rd.

Two attendees have had problems with reservations. Fortunately, they
involved us early to see what we could work. In each case we worked
satisfactory solutions. So if something doesn't seem to go properly,
let me know!

The website has downloadable 2nd mailouts and registration forms. If
you need a 2nd mailout mailed to you, just let me know.

I will repeat this plea for hotel bookings on June 30th.
