[Rover] repairing a transverter

Hi Dan,
It happened to me once...it only took out the first active device in the 
path, easy enough to repair. Let me know what device it is (if you find 
that to be the trouble)..I have spares.
You should consider integrating an ALC input to the IF rig or an attenuator 
pad to prevent this from happening again...assuming you're using the normal 
(several watts output) TX output.
