[Rover] MOXON antennas

Hi Jacob, long time no "see"....

I'm also using one of the Par 6m moxons.  I really like it.  It's very 
light, but has survived 3 or 4 Rover trips now without a single 
problem.  And you can't beat the price!

I built one for 2m, but decided I need more gain on 2 and up so I will 
stick with the yagis.  Although I can see where it would have definite 
advantages over using a loop.
