Hi Mike,

pic 10/38 is  N9RLA /R [now K9ZF] in EM69 1998 ARRL Sep. VHF QSO Party.

pic 30/38 is N9RMJ, Troy, half of the N9RLA/R Rover team in the January,
1998, VHF Sweepstakes.
Alas, Troy now resides in Panama City FL, so I'm solo...

pic 22/38 is K1DS

pic 26/38 is K6LEW

pic 28/38 is K2UA

I may be able to ID a few more for you when I get a minute.  I have quite a
few Rover photos on the Rover Resource Page.
