Hi Tim,

Regarding Camelback, FN21hb (not FN20), the park closes at sundown. If you
are up there at that time, the park ranger will come around and ask you to
leave. If you come after sundown, the gate (all the way on top) will be
closed (yes, they do it there also) and you will not be able to get in. I
would assume that the park opens at sunrise but I'm not an early person and
wouldn't be there to see if that's a good assumption. Of course, if you have
a permit, you can stay all night.

If you want an operating location after sundown, you might go west on I-80
for another half hour and check out Pimple Hill, FN21fa. Some details can be
