[Rover] rover web pages

Hi Jim--I'm sure that you will include the N2MH rover resource page---it 
could use some more entires on specific sites, but it is a neat tool. Also 
try W3IY's site, and perhaps W3HMS might have a site. W3IY was the "rover 
speaker" at the Mid-Atl VHF conf last week--he also had a great talk about 
the communication path program...that's sure to be a good resource for 
rovers.
I guess you could also link to the Packrat website, as well as the NEWS 
group and others....although perhaps no specific rover info, there is plenty 
of info for VHF'ers in general...
