Sure enough...but those that have expended that extra effort have been rewarded
for it.  It's not unlike the extra effort any competitor must expend to get
better at what they do.

By the way...HamIM (ex: CU2QSO) is another good example of that.  Ignore it and
you'll still do fine in the contest.  Embrace it (even in these earliest stages
of it's maturing) and find yourself that much better when every rover and their
brother is equipped with it.
