[Rover] K8JWT maybe not for September VHF

Well it has been a bad week here at K8JWTville.

Power supply went haywire last night in the middle of the Au and burned up
and took the new/used ICOM IC-290a with it! Both burnt beyond repair.

2meter cheap yagi and 20ft mast fell over when I was trying to get the
radio/power supply disaster extinguished along with the 6meter 3element beam
and broke the booms of both antennas. Oh well, 6mtr. beam never worked
really good anyway.

I am just glad I didn't have the $700.00 Alinco DX70t(6mtr) hooked to the PS
when it exploded!

So I might have a dipole up for 6mtrs. with 160watt amp running off of the
cars battery...

Something tells me that someone didn't want to me to work the Au last night?
? ?

I may be down, but I am NEVER OUT! ! !
