Yes, I've used both the 7' long "Rover" and a shortened 6' long version on
2, 1.25 and 0.7 meters with good success as long as you isolate the LPDA
boom from your vertical mast and operate at 13.5' while in motion and push
up to 23' (or so) while stopped. Don't use a triplexer to couple your amps
to the single LPDA feedline (LMR-600UF recommended). Including 6 meters
makes the rotational radius too long for rotating while in motion.

Also, look out for low hanging tree branches.
