If it is the one I'm thinking of yes. I had an opportunity to try one a
while ago and found it useful. However there are some caveats. The
tubing wall is thin and care must be used to prevent kinking. As you
push it up spring loaded buttons pop into holes in the next lower tube -
if you have it lined up right. I was using it with a simple vertical so
I don't know how it will handle the torque of a beam. I should think one
would want to rotate it very gently as it does not seem very
rugged. Hank
