[Rover] N0DQS/Rover July CQ contest

N0DQS Rover will be starting the contest late, about 6-7 pm cdst
(hopefully)and still plan on being out tomorrow. Work and the heat have
delayed me from getting the ant's on my personal vehicle, not going to take
the rover out with all the bands.
