[Rover] Is the N9RLA rover page working?

Hi Folks,

Al had some equipment problems with the QSL.net servers, but I believe they
are up and running again now.

I haven't updated the Rover Resource Page since the September contest, I'm
sorry to say.  But I hope to start getting it geared up for the January SS
real soon.  And, as always, I would love to hear any suggestions for
additions or improvements!
