Good start ... but let me give you a couple words of advise and you can go
from there.
Do not ... I repeat .. PLEASE ... DO NOT use the html editors in MS
programs, and don't even get me started on FrontPage. They (MS) tend to
overload a HTML document with a lot ... I repeat again ... a *LOT* of
unnecessary code. I pretty much write all my code in notepad and just save
it as a HTML document (you have to put in the .htm or .html extension after
the file name but it works just fine. Why is unnecessary code important you
may ask? Have you ever gone to a web-site that it takes seemingly forever
to load a page. A page that is 60k in size takes twice as long to load as a
page that is only 30k. Most web-developers "try" to keep their pages around
60-75k max (per page).
Here's a good reference tool for learning html, its really quite simple once
you get the hang of it.

If you wish to invest in a great program for web-development may I suggest
"Dreamweaver" its a bit pricey but worth it. I have allowed myself to slum
and let Excel convert a spreadsheet http://www.ka5cvh.com/results.htm for me
that I haven't taken the time to go and clean up the code as of yet. The
only upside is that the downside was a very poor week-end of contesting and
the file is relatively small :-(
The only other comment would be to your (Word's) choice of colors, yellow
text on a teal background has a very low contrast ratio and may not display
well in some browsers. I've pretty much gotten to where I only use two
combinations. Yellow on back or, black on white, both of which you will
see on my site if you poke around for awhile.
Lastly ... if you want to see the code for a particular web-site, right
click in an open area of the page, choose "view source" and you can see the
code they used. That's how I know that you wrote up a Word document and let
Word save it as a html file. I can also see from the code that you have a
wife, daughter or daughter in law by the name of Elizabeth B. Tennant since
word is registered in their name on the computer you used and not yours.
