[Rover] Sept contest

Mike - I was out in DM84 and DM85 (NM-TX border) in June.  I had 45 W into
a 5-el beam on 2-meters but couldn't get anybody in TX or OK (although I
barely heard NL7CO).  I plan to up the power to 200 W for September, but
am reluctant to drive 3 hours to DM84 if nobody is out there.  I'll also
have 170W on 6-meters into a loop.

I don't have the grids in front of me, but I think you're on the other
side of Texas.
