[Rover] Small VHF/UHF antennas

Hi Jacob,

I haven't tried the any of the Arrow antennas, but I use a 4 element
CushCraft for 2 meters when I do the Rover thing.  It works great!  Very
portable, with a reasonable amount of gain.  Even small enough to rotate
while in motion if mounted in the middle of a vehicle.
