[Rover] Laser operation during roving

I'd appreciate hearing about anyone's experience operating the laser band from a
rover during a contest. In particular, any recommendations as to how the set up time
can be reduced in order to not be a schedule problem.

I would assume that you would need to set up a tripod outside of the rover vehicle
and then closely coordinate with other fixed/rover stations that are within LOS for
each QSO.

Considering the time to get equipment ready, set-up at each operating location,
limited number of other laser equipped stations and LOS propagation there may not be
much bang for the buck.
