An JTX-252 mic cord replacement service on ebay, you may ask the seller 
if he has any mics laying around, also, there's a Motorola with an 
HTX-252 plug.

Do you have a part number for the mic?  HTX-252 is the radio, but the 
mic may have a different number, may have applied to other radios, and 
there may be something out there by mic part number, rather than a 
specific radio.
