Radio Shack 2 meter and 440 MHz HTs For Sale:

Radio Shack HTX-404 HT for 440 MHz
This HT covers the 440 MHz band and includes SubAudible PL
tones, DTMF tones, Memories, Scan, and the things that one
expects in an HT these days. The receiver is especially good,
with a "tight" front end. This one is like new. It looks
like it has hardly been used. Its original manual even looks
new! Of course it works fine. $60

Radio Shack HTX-202 HT for 2 meters
This HT is the companion to the HTX-440, but covers two
meters. It works fine, and looks great. Not quite as good
as the HTX-404 above, but close. $50

Buy both of the above together for $100.


Radio Shack HTX-202, 2 meter HTs:

The HTX-202 is a full featured HT with subaudible PL tones,
DTMF tones, Memories, Scan, etc. The receiver is exceptionally
good.

Two of these units are available. They are being sold for parts
or repair.

One of them works fine, except that the receive audio does not
come out of the speaker in the HT, but works fine when using
a speaker mic. Probably a bad speaker.

The other has a good receiver, and the transmit audio can be heard
at close range, but does not register on a wattmeter. Probably a
dead final transistor.

These are being sold together. Repair them, or make a good one
from the two. These are the HTs only, with no accessories. The
batteries on both are dead or close to it, but the HTs can be
used with the 13 V DC jack, or the batteries can be rebuilt.

$25 for the pair.
