[RadioShack] DX-390 Portable Radio

I have a nice DX-390 with a weird problem.  When you turn it off with the
power switch, in about 5 seconds it comes back on with no display.  I pulled
the batteries over night to force a reset but the problem still exists.
Thoughts??
