[RadioShack] PRO 2052 Hampton Roads area!

Is there any Pro 2052 user's in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area that I could talk with in reference to problems (At least I think!) with the scanner.  I need to make sure that I am doing this correctly.  One problem is when I try to determine if my status bit ignore is on or off, I push scan and nothing happens! I don't believe it is trunking properly.
