You can obtain a factory manual (with circuit diagram) for the HTX-252 by 
ordering catalog number 12276358 from any radio shack store. my total cost 
was $11.44 which included shipping to my home from Ft Worth and Illinois 
sales tax. This is a lot better manual than the owner's manual that comes
