[RACES-Membership] Wednesday's Training CANCELLED

Chuck Michels, RACES Chief Radio Operator, just informed me that our 
annual training meeting scheduled for this Wednesday night at 7PM at the 
EOC

HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  The EOC will not 
be available for Wednesday nights training.  For more information please
