Class Hours: 0800 - 1700 hours

Description: This course provides an opportunity for participants to
begin developing an ICS/EOC interface for their community. The course
reviews both ICS and EOC responsibilities and functions. It depends heavily
on exercises and group discussions to formulate the interface.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of IS-700: NIMS, An Introduction is
required.
Target Audience: Emergency Management staff; Local, County and State
Government Units; Fire, Law Enforcement, EMS, and Hospital providers; School
Staff and Administrators; Volunteer Agencies active in disaster or exercise.
Additional Information: This is a required course for the Advanced
Professional Series certificate.
Registration: Participants must enroll no later than 14 days prior to the
start of the course.

Costs: This training offering is provided at no cost to eligible
jurisdictions. ADEM will not provide any overtime, backfill, or
travel-related reimbursements for this course.

*Exercise-Specific courses: Registration is restricted to the Governmental
Jurisdictions and Voluntary Agencies participating in the Statewide and/or
Palo Verde exercises. No fees are required for exercise participants.
Course dates and location are subject to change. Check your ERMA account
prior to attending for the most current status of this event.
