[RACES-Membership] DM Air Show Communications Support

Chuck Michels has asked me to put out a QST regarding the Davis-Monthan AFB
Air Show March 20-21.

 

You are invited to observe the operation of the Toad and Warrior in support
of Command Communications for the DM Air Show.  The main setup will take
place on Friday March 19, and will be in full operational posture for March
20-21.  We are not primary at this time, however, we will be ready to go on
command. 

 

We will need to be operational from 7am till 7pm both Saturday, March 20,
and Sunday March 21.

IF YOU WANT TO HELP/OBSERVE YOU MUST HAVE A SPECIAL BADGE WHICH WILL ALLOW
YOU ENTRANCE INTO A SECURE AREA WHERE THE TOAD/WARRIOR WILL BE LOCATED.    I
F   Y O U   D O   N O T     HAVE THE SPECIAL BADGE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
ENTRANCE   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

You will need to indicate if you want to help/observe with the Toad/Warrior
NOT LATER THAN the 15th of March via email.  Please respond to me Stan at
Stan at ks7tan.com or Chuck Michels at kb7rfi at theriver.com .    Either Chuck or
myself will confirm via email that we have received your request to
participate on either the 20-21 or both.

 

I will also be doing the Hosptial Net on 20 March, Saturday, from the
Warrior.
